This was our first time seeing Joe and to be honest I wasn't quite sure what to expect but I have to say the evening with Joe was just so amazing.

I went with my mother, and younger sister, we were so lucky to have had my elder brother come through to contact us.  The details Joe confirmed about my brother were all 100% accurate it was just so, so amazingly fantastic and meant so much to each of us but in particular to my mum.

Your show was so interesting as well, from the aura readings to having the opportunity to be able to ask you questions about the spirit world it was just all really, really brilliant.

Joe gave me a message from my cousin who died tragically almost 10 years ago.  He was 16 when he died.  Joe confirmed his birthday, and also the circumstances on how he died.  He was spot on with everything he told me.  Although he did mention a name, which I wasn't familiar with, but I will certainly be looking into it, as it could have been one of his friends names.  Thanks again Joe - you made my day

 I just watched derren brown investgates show and think it's appalling how he has gone out to make tests that are, like you said, designed for failure. I didn't even finish watching the show as derren brown needs to get some perspective on life and open his mind. Psychic ability is in my whole family and I'm only just starting to develop my awareness, but I know you are genuine. People reading this who watched the show listen: the reason Joe couldn't tune into that woman is because she didn't even give er real name and she wasn't even in her real home where the energies are. If she was a true beliver she wouldn't have agreed to take part in that ridiculous test. Joe knew she was lying after he couldn't pick anytng up, and I'm now ashamed of derren brown for being such a bastard towards people who want to help other people through their gift.

Not seen you live but Derren Browns documentary does seem to indicate that what you are doing is cold reading. Extraordinary claims such as 'talking to the dead' must be met with extreme scepticism and tested exhaustively before being accepted.

If you really can pass objective tests designed to rule out techniques such as cold reading then you will be set for worldwide fame and fortune. If not then we have to accept that the most likely explanation for your talents has nothing to do with any supernatural phenomena.

Just seen progrmme Derren Brown investigates.... against Joe Powers from LiverpoolAlways loved DB... but not tonight! Yes I am a sceptic but who does he think he is to question JP like that? I went to a medium show a few months ago... never again as it was OBVIOUS they came up with some home truths & luckily I wasnt picked out. ..& I never want to go to one again in case I am! JP PROVED there was reality in talking to the dead.... DB does his tricks as he`s not for real.... doesnt mean JP isnt. DP came across as a man set on his mission to prove JP wrong because of his own popularity.Do I konw JP? NO! Never even heard of him before tonight.... but think he got set up.

Hi Joe, saw you last night at the Leicester Sq theatre. Myself, & others around me, all thought your show was supurb. Insightful as it was inspiring with your level of humor brought in made it an unforgetable night. I said to you last night that I admired your bravery. Hi Joe, I was so pleased to have met you and been able to have those few minutes when you signed my book.  I hoped throughout the show that one of my parents in particular my Dad (whose birthday is 5th Oct) so that I would feel reassured that they are looking after me and mine.  I felt such a dreadful loss after he passed and then my mum who passed 15 months later in 2005.  I know my Mum has visted me on more than one occasion which makes me feel so special.  However the strongest was in September this year when I had this beautiful dream that I was in Heaven and then when I woke I could smell her favourite perfume in my room.  Not once but twice.  I admit I tried to book the John Edwards show which was sold out thank goodness..... yours was cheaper (hahahah)  I am so glad I went and I def want to pursue lessons with you hopefully as long as I can aford them.  I look forward to your next gig if I havent signed up to your class befoe then.

You brought so much happiness to those people you connected with and that was amazing, I found myself thinking that there were others who needed you more tonight than I did as I got to say goodbye to my parents and a friend in particular.  You must feel fantastic about the good that you do.

The show in Newcastle was amazing! Although no messages came through for me I was amazed at how accurate you were with messages for others and hope it helped comfort these people :-)

You did an Aura Reading for me at the end of the show and it was uncanny how accurate you were. You told me I felt as if I had come to a dead end and needed to pursue further education; on the drive to the theatre I had a conversation with my Mam telling her that is how I felt and that I was looking into Social Work degree.

You left me feeling very uplifted and positive about future...thank you.

Hi again joe  ,I finally found time to run to town to buy your book , it was facinating I paased it on to my Sister who has lived  , since becoming a young married Woman in the area you where brought up in as where her Children , she keeps ringing me every hour with a story to tell about people and places she can  also relate too !

 Great Stuff , love to you ,Claudine your children but most of all your parents having dealt with so many kids with many different characters , and on losing a child continueing to be so strong  -----after losing one of my only 2 children i know how devastating this can be to a parent and how hard it is to Claw back to a somewhat normal life .,so they have my full Respect and you Joe have my full Gratitude for the Message you passed onto me from my Much Loved and Missed Son xxxx

  I was at the show you did in Limerick in the Republic of Ireland it was unreal   I was just wondering if you will be doing private readings when you come back again in october. Im travelling  to Liverpool  to see if you can do a private reading anyway but  if you could do it in Ireland it would be a bonus when you are here, the girl i went with was a non beliver if thats even the rite word but shes going to see you again she thaught you were brilliant too

It's a well written heart felt book of yourself growing up in hard times with a scary ability that you fully didn't understand.

I did have a few chuckles reading it, but i bet you wish you had listened to your guides more when you were younger.
